2021 Membership Drive Strategy

  • Leveraged ‘Art That Feeds’ poster donor data from the Conscious Alliance online store to create a campaign targeting poster lovers

  • Created low-budget incentives using organization’s existing resources

    • In lieu of costly member welcome gifts, new members received a Membership Card good towards $5 off all ‘Art That Feeds’ posters and store gift cards based on commitment level

    • Simple, personalized welcome letters were send to new members to keep costs at a minimum

  • Used email marketing drip campaign and Facebook ads to reach over 20K potential new members

 

Impact

The 2021 Membership Drive yielded 25 new monthly donors in 3 days, 5% of which were first-time donors of Conscious Alliance. Conscious Alliance has over 200 recurring members who collectively contribute ~$75K annually.

 
 

Ongoing support, given monthly, strengthens and sustains Conscious Alliance’s ability to put healthy food in the hands of kids in need. Every $1 donated provides 2 meals.
